Why am I always stuck at home alone?
This is so boring. On the other hand, I do not want to go out since I have been roaming around Singapore since Friday.
Had been going out early and coming back late which was very tiring.
I was sick on Friday and did not attend the Leadership Training Camp. A little saddening missing the chance to mingle around with more leaders from various CCA groups. Anyway, its over. Regret no more.
Sunday.
Hair for Hope 2008.
I went down to Novena to support my brother.
Okay. I shall call Farhan "brother" from now on since I treat him more like a brother and a close friend.
This event is in support with the children cancer patients. You know when cancer patients undergo chemotherapy then their hair starts to fall.
Hmmm...
Okay. That didn't sound quite right.
Let me try again.
The chemotherapy affects the cancer patients body greatly that the hair...
Fall.
No.It still sounded mean.
Forget it.
So, the purpose of this event was basically to get people who are of course well and healthy to come up and support by shaving their hair to show their encouragement to the cancer patients.
It was really admirable looking at those people shaving their head. Especially women who were so brave to lose their hair up on the stage.
Bravo!

Some random guy in the frame.
Unfortunately, I was late to witness Farhan's shaving. Dang.
When I finally saw him face to face, I was totally blown away.
Got a temporary shocked but after awhile I did get use to the whole bald head thing.
It wasn't that bad in fact. I am sure the shavees feel cooler without hair. And much warmer without hair.
Got ourselves to Bishan to meet Minghuat.
Played Arcade again!
Ya da ya da.
And finally, it was time for ACJC Band Concert in Singapore Conference Hall.
Oh man. I was extremely fascinated by ACJC Concert Band. They sounded superb.
Like bloody kicking ass
GOOD.
The whole concert was undeniably enjoyable. I had a good time listening to them.
Well, I do admit I feel a tinge of disappointment and envy after the concert. I mean, I cannot help it but to compare them with NYJCSB.
Honestly, I would definitely like to know what differentiates between a Bronze/Silver/Gold band and a GWH band?

Matthew Tong.
Lucky him, he is flying to Switzerland with ACJC band in less than 12 hours.
Osaka.............A random shot while walking back from Singapore Conference Hall to Esplanade.

Eh. Damn nice to walk under the stars in the city area. Especially the bridge connecting to the Esplanade.
Seriously, a good way to de stress. It was very relaxing to sit down and just feel the cool weather and the slight breeze brushing through your face. And of course simply enjoy the good company.
Presenting to you the brave young man/boy who gave up his hair to support the cancer patients...
